Without a doubt, LeBron James has cemented himself amongst the greatest players in NBA history.
In his 23rd season, James has continued to break all-time records including the most field goals made and the most games played all-time.
All the while, James and the Lakers have found themselves third in the Western Conference standings with just 11 games remaining.
With the help of Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves and most recently Luke Kennard, James and Los Angeles have won nine straight.
Averaging 21.1 points, 6.8 assists and 5.8 rebounds, James has been posting unreal efficiency for his age (41).
Recently, one of James' former teammates with the Cleveland Cavaliers spoke about his dedication.
Turkish basketball star Cedi Osman played one season with James in Cleveland, his rookie season (2017-18) before James joined the Los Angeles Lakers.
After spending time with him, he said: "That guy works seriously. Every single time he shows up, you can’t beat him there. He’s always the first one at practice. You can’t beat him. So if practice is, say, at eleven and I want to beat him there, maybe I’d have to come at five in the morning."
A former second round pick, Osman played five more seasons with Cleveland and one season with the Spurs before returning to Europe after the 2023-24 season.
There, he plays for Panathinaikos of the Greek Basketball League.
Although James' has always had great genetics for basketball, there's no denying that his work ethic and dedication have allowed him to stay in the league for so long.
