LeBron James is currently taking some time off the basketball courts to heal from his sciatica issues. Amid being out from the ongoing NBA season, the Los Angeles Lakers icon has shared an interesting take on golf.
On November 13th, the Los Angeles Lakers suffered a 92-121 blowout loss in their contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Despite being medically cleared, the NBA icon is yet to make a move on the court. However, what caught the fans' attention was James's interesting revelation on X (previously Twitter) today. According to LeBron James' tweet, he expressed his love for watching YouTube golf videos.
In his X post, the American basketball power forward further expressed how he found YouTube golf videos cool. James wrote on X:
"I love watching YouTube golf ⛳️ videos!! Random I know. lol. SO COOL!"Take a look at James' X post here:

Over the years, LeBron James has developed a passion for the sport which is evident from his golf outings during the NBA off-season days. The veteran NBA icon was spotted practicing his golf swing in July and shared clips of his attempts on Instagram where he revealed that learning to golf was "a mind f**k to say the least".
The 21x All-Star was also spotted playing golf at the private club GreatHorse in Hampden, Western Massachusetts before attending his Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame induction ceremony on September 6th.
When LeBron James admitted to retired NBA Legend Steve Nash how the golf "bug" has affected him
The NBA icon once admitted in an episode of the podcast Mind the Game how golf videos have been all over his social media feed. Talking to his co-host and retired-NBA legend Steve Nash last month, LeBron James revealed that the golf bug is real.
The 40-year-old athlete also admitted how he initially thought that his disliking towards golf would keep the bug away from getting to him. James said in the podcast (as quoted by Golfweek):
"The bug is real. I've heard about the bug for so many years and I was like, 'Well, it's not gonna get me. I don't like golf at all. Who wants to be outside all day walking around?' Nah, it's real. I am into it. My algorithm on social media, every other post, every other video is some type of golf video now."In the same episode, James explained how he picked the sport to challenge his mind while staying away from the court. He further admitted that it was his first time playing an "individual sport" where there was no pressure to ensure teammates' positions for proper execution. James also stated how he loves the 'uncomfortable' aspect of golf despite it being the "complicated mind f**k ever"
