The Minnesota Twins are struggling to be consistent this season. Heading into Wednesday's games, they hold a 30-38 record, which puts them third in the American League Central.
They are 6.5 games behind the Cleveland Guardians, and if something doesn't change soon, they are destined to be sellers at the trade deadline.
However, if fans want something to look forward to, they don't have to wait too long. The Twins were awarded the No. 3 pick in this summer's draft, and there are some intriguing names to be had here.

Latest draft predictions should have Twins fans jumping for joy
For many of the mock drafts over the last few months, analysts had the Chicago White Sox taking UCLA's Roch Colowsky with the first overall pick. But, that's not a for sure thing.
According to The Athletic's Keith Law, there is a world where he sees the White Sox passing on Cholowsky, with the UCLA shortstop falling to pick No. 3.
"I'm assuming the Twins take the obvious pick, but I have heard that their internal model has Drew Burress at or near the top, and if 1-2 were Cholowsky and Vahn Lackey, then Burress might be the pick."
Law also paints the picture where Cholowsky does get picked before the Twins make their selection. And if that were the case, internal rumblings point to Georgia Tech slugger Drew Burress.
Burress has been a monster with the bat in his hands over the last few years. He has immense power, even for his shorter stature, and he plays a solid center field that most scouts believe he can stick with at the next level.
Fans would obviously love it if Cholowsky fell to them, but the club needs to have other options because you never know what the team in front of you is going to do.
