Larsa Pippen Claps Back at Plastic Surgery Rumors
Larsa Pippen is setting the record straight.
After an influencer shared a video breaking down the Real Housewives of Miami star’s transformation “from naturally beautiful to noticeable overfilled,” Larsa slammed the plastic surgery speculations in the comments.
“Honey I had PRP and had an allergic reaction,” she wrote underneath the August 8 Instagram post, “so chill out.”
Moments later, the reality star—who shares kids Scotty Jr., 24, Preston, 22, Justin, 20, and Sophia, 16, with ex-husband Scottie Pippen—took to her Instagram Stories to further debunk the rumors.
“You can relax,” she said in the August 8 video. “I had therapy on my face a couple days ago so my face was a bit swollen. It looks like it’s coming down, so you guys can just calm down.”
And though 51-year-old and her former pal Kim Kardashian—who have known each other since 2010—had a falling out more than five years ago, the Kardashians star has also dealt with her fair share of plastic surgery rumors.
“I never had my nose done,” Kim revealed while getting her makeup done by Mario Dedivanovic during his 2019 Master Class in L.A. “Everyone thought I did, and I said, ‘Wait until I have kids because your real features come out.’”
While she didn’t get a rhinoplasty, Kim is not one to turn her nose up at the idea of cosmetic work.
"I'll try anything,” the 44-year-old told The New York Times three years later. "If you told me that I literally had to eat poop every single day and I would look younger, I might. I just might."
And though she and Kim haven’t had the best relationship since their 2020 fallout, Larsa recently shared insight into her daughter Sophia’s relationship with the SKIMS founder.

"I feel like Sophia has a good relationship with Kim," Larsa shared during an appearance on The Jason Lee Show last month, adding that the teen still "hangs out" with the Kardashians. "They’re loving to her, so I feel like I don’t want to tarnish that. It’s fine."
But even with her daughter’s close relationship to the famous family, Larsa—who is dating boyfriend Jeff Coby following her and Marcus Jordan’s 2024 split—made it clear that she has no interest in reigniting her friendship with Kim.
"I’m not the same person I was yesterday," she explained, "and I feel like I'm good."
