The Philadelphia Eagles have an early injury concern in the first half of the Week 5 game against the Denver Broncos after Landon Dickerson exited with an injury.
The injury happened in the first quarter after it appeared he got his leg rolled up on. Dickerson was clearly in pain as he left the field, but he was able to exit under his own power, albeit very gingerly.
Brett Toth has stepped in for Dickerson for now.
