Lady Gaga’s fiancé, Michael Polansky, gave some rare insight into their wedding planning process.
The businessman revealed that he and the “Bad Romance” singer are constantly discussing their impending nuptials.
“We’re talking about it all the time,” Polansky said in Rolling Stone’s cover story on Gaga published Thursday.
“We have these breaks, and they’re tempting. It’s like, ‘OK, can we get married that weekend?’”
Polansky, 42, noted that he and Gaga, 39, want their wedding to be intimate but still feel special.
“We don’t want a really big wedding, but we want to enjoy it,” he said. “In a lot of ways, we already feel married, so it’s not like it’s gonna change much.”
While they haven’t decided on an exact date, they will be getting married “soon” and plan to seal the deal during, or after, her Mayhem Ball tour.
Gaga gushed over her relationship with Polansky in the interview, explaining that he sees her as more than just a pop star.
“Being in love with someone that cares about the real me made a very big difference,” she said.
However, Gaga also had to re-learn who she really was underneath her public persona.
“How do you learn how to be yourself with someone when you don’t know how to be yourself with anyone?” she asked.
Fortunately, Gaga feels that she is now “a healthy, whole person.”
Last year, the “Poker Face” artist claimed she wanted a courthouse wedding.

“We actually talk about going to the courthouse just the two of us and ordering Chinese food,” Gaga shared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in October 2024.
She then joked, “Knowing me, also, it could become like a circus with unicorns.”
While she seemed unclear about the vision for their wedding, Gaga is certain she wants to start a family with Polansky.
“Being a mom is the thing I want the most,” Gaga said. “And he’s gonna be a beautiful father. We’re really excited about that.”
The couple met at a party in 2019 and went on their first date a few weeks later.
The duo ended up quarantining together during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, and Polansky proposed to the “A Star Is Born” actress in April 2024 by presenting her with a massive diamond ring.
