A young goalkeeper, once touted as one of Spain’s brightest hopes, may soon bid farewell to Paris.
Arnau Tenas is edging closer to the exit door at PSG, as Girona FC pushes hard to secure his signature, according to RTVE.
Despite PSG’s Champions League win this season, Tenas hasn’t been able to pull off more minutes and remains stuck as the third-choice keeper, behind Gianluigi Donnarumma and Matvey Safonov.
That seems to have frustrated the 24-year-old. Tenas made only two appearances in the entire campaign, one in the Coupe de France against Espaly and another in Ligue 1 versus Montpellier, where he notched a rare assist for a goalkeeper.
That’s far from enough for a player once groomed at La Masia and brought in by PSG on a free transfer in 2023.
Girona want him to compete with Paulo Gazzaniga. With Michel at the helm, Girona sees Tenas as a strong fit, with him being young and experienced enough to handle the pressure.

Under contract with PSG until 2026, the Catalan-born keeper is valued at €3 million [$3.4m], per Transfermarkt.
His departure would ease PSG’s goalkeeping crowd and possibly fund future moves.
