Kylie Jenner — spotted out and about with her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet at the Oscars recently — has listed her Hidden Hills home for $20.25 million, according to Realtor.com.
That’s in addition to the reality star-turned-fashion entrepreneur’s $48 million Holmby Hills fortress behind 12-foot gates on N. Mapleton Drive that she listed in December — down from its $49.5 million back in 2021.
Jenner, who is founder of Khy by Kylie Jenner — which sells $148 latex bodysuits and $328 trench coats — bought the Hidden Hills manse for $12 million 10 years ago, when she was just 19 years old.
Jenner also owns a large piece of land in the area that she bought for $15 million in 2020. That’s where the mom of two is building her family dream house, according to her Instagram account.
When completed, the monster-sized manse will include a large guest house, a security area, a “sport court,” a 12 car garage and a giant pool.
Meanwhile the $48 million mega-mansion fortress, built in 2019, is 19,250 square feet. It comes with seven bedrooms and 12 fireplaces. Details include a chef’s kitchen, a home theater, a sports court for pickleball and basketball, and a pool.
The listing broker is Ginger Glass, of Compass.
At the same time, Jenner has chosen a different brokerage firm to list her traditional-style starter Hidden Hills home on Hidden Ridge Road — fellow reality TV star and Douglas Elliman celebrity broker Josh Altman.
Built in 2016, that 13,234-square-foot mansion features a circular drive and a six-car garage, all on 1.4 acres of landscaped grounds featuring a resort-style pool, a spa, a patio, an outdoor kitchen and a firepit.
Inside, the home boasts eight bedrooms, eight baths and two powder rooms. It is anchored by a large chef’s kitchen with two islands and an open dining area centered around an eight-person dining table.
There’s also an open great room with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a home office with a fireplace.
The main bedroom features a sitting area, two walk-in closets, an ensuite spa-like bath and opens to a balcony with stunning views.
Entertaining spaces abound, from a home theater to a game room with a wet bar. There’s also a gym and a massage room.
In addition, there’s an attached guest suite with a private entrance. It features a bedroom, a bath, a kitchenette, a sitting area and a courtyard.
