To tee up a nutrition social media post about what the SI Swim model eats in a day, golfer Brooks Koepka’s wife, Jena Sims, flaunted her chiseled abs and enviable figure.
For her casual look, she wore low-hanging grey lounge pants and a braless, colorful crop top.
Sims, 37, didn’t caption her post, but she wrote over the photo, “A very non-aesthetic ‘What I Eat in a Day: New Year Lock In.’” She then went through her daily routine, from breakfast to her favorite before-bed “super-calm” powder pack.
“Glad you have added this to your posting!” raved one fan, adding a famous quip from the iconic film When Harry Met Sally: "I'll have what she's having!" 💯
“I was looking for the wine and the donuts,” wrote another. “I’ll have to come back after January. 🍷🍩🍩😁” Sims, who has said she’s doing a Dry January, responded, “Catch me Feb. 1.”
“Looks exactly like my menu lol 😍,” commented a third. “You look incredible 🔥🔥❤️.”
“You are such an inspirational queen!” raved a fourth.

Sims and Koepka, 35, married in 2022 and share one son, Crew, 2. He announced on Dec. 23 that he was leaving LIV, and he has since been reinstated to the PGA Tour as part of a “Returning Member Program.”
Sims appears in the current issue of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and is the brand’s reigning Rookie of the Year.
