Find you someone who loves you the way New York Knicks forward Mikal Bridges loves Chipotle.
Bridges has eaten from the popular Mexican chain every day for the past 10 years, he told GQ in a new video.
The 6-foot-6 Bridges goes for double chicken on his order, which is important to note.
In fact, he revealed the whole order:
- White rice
- No beans
- Double chicken
- Medium and mild salsa
- Corn
- Lettuce
Bridges said he used to get the hot salsa, but that it's been "painful eating the bowl" over the past few years when he goes for the hot salsa.
Every day for 10 years? He's heard all the jokes about his habit.G
"I've got friends and family that tease me a little bit about it," Bridges told GQ. "It's too fire to not have it every single time. They don't disappoint."
Sportico was kind enough to calculate Bridges' expenditure on Chipotle to be more than $60,000 over the past decade:
— Sportico (@Sportico) June 3, 2026Given that Bridges is in the middle of a four-year deal worth $150 million, he can probably afford that.
And if it keeps his spirts up and his mood right, then it's definitely worth it.
There are certainly worse things for a professional athlete to be consuming.
Bridges just gets to bring his fun Chipotle habit to a national stage this month with his Knicks in the NBA Finals. If New York wins, we know how Bridges is going to celebrate.
