Ticket prices to watch the New York Knicks face the San Antonio Spurs in NBA Finals Game 4 at Madison Square Garden were soaring over $9,000 on Monday. However, in two days, the ticket prices have seen a sharp decline, now reaching as low as around $3,000.
The Knicks pulled up to MSG for the Finals for the first time in 27 years. The Spurs, down by 2-0 in the Finals series, defeated New York's side, 115-111 in Game 3. This seems to have dampened the mood of the fans, who were hoping to witness the Knicks try to sweep the Spurs in Game 4.
With just hours left before the game on Wednesday, the get-in prices were hovering around $3,746 on SeatGeek.
However, this also means that the Knicks fans have an exciting opportunity to watch Jalen Brunson & Co. take on the Spurs. The $3k hit still feels expensive, but remember it's been 27 years since the Knicks were in the Finals.

Knicks must win Game 4 against Spurs
After taking down the Spurs in their own backyard to get a 2-0 lead, the Knicks must not give their home advantage back by losing consecutively at MSG. The 115-111 result has already disappointed the fans; another loss won't go well.
If the Spurs manage to seal this game too, they reclaim the home advantage with three games to go, with two set to be played in San Antonio.
Fans at MSG have an extra reason to be louder on Wednesday, so the Knicks can pressure San Antonio into another choke-down that we saw in the final quarters of Games 1 and 2.
