The Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays are playing an all-time classic in the World Series-deciding Game 7 on Saturday at Rogers Centre. Both teams have traded blows to send the game into extra innings.

The Blue Jays had the chance to end their World Series drought with the bases loaded and one out in the bottom of the ninth inning with the score tied at 4-4. The Blue Jays had Ernie Clement on the plate with one out left and Yoshinobu Yamamoto on the mound.

It looked like Clement walked it off for the home team with his fly ball towards deep center field. However, Andy Pages, who was introduced into the game a few moments earlier, tracked the ball and made the catch, colliding with left fielder Kike Hernandez and sending him to the ground.

After escaping the bases loaded jam in the ninth inning, the Dodgers loaded the bases in the top of the 10th with one out against Seranthony Dominguez. However, just like the Blue Jays, LA failed to drive in a run with the scores tied 4-4 after 10 innings.

Dodgers go back to back after dramatic end to Game 7 against Blue Jays

The Dodgers took the lead for the first time in the game after Will Smith's solo home run off Shane Bieber in the 11th inning. With the Dodgers three outs from clinching the game, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit a double to reach second base against Yamamoto.

With two runners on base, Alejandro Kirk's groundout was converted into a double play by Mookie Betts for the final out of the game as the Dodgers clinched a 5-4 win. The dramatic finish resulted in the Dodgers becoming the first team since the Yankees to win back-to-back World Series titles.
