Los Angeles Dodgers' Kike Hernandez is known for his trademark sense of humour. It was on show during their World Series parade in the city on Monday as he had fun with veteran pitcher Clayton Kershaw over an odd-angled photo.
Hernandez posted a story on his Instagram, a shirtless picture of himself celebrating on the team bus as it paraded through the streets of Los Angeles, as confetti rained down on the back-to-back champs. He attached Randy Newman's I Love L.A. song to showcase his love.
In the image, a person's shoulder, seemingly that of Clayton Kershaw, was captured in a way that the angle created a bizarre optical illusion. Hernandez saw the lighter side of it.

The former announced his retirement earlier in the season, signing off from the majors with three World Series rings, while the latter became the franchise leader in most poseason games played.
Kike Hernandez also took a subtle dig at the Toronto Blue Jays in his stories. He posted a picture of a fan holding up a sign that read a quote by Hernandez:
"I'm so happy that the better team didn't win".
Kike Hernandez's story featuring the fan sign (Source: Instagram @kikehndez)Hernandez had used it as a caption for an Instagram post on Sunday, as an attempt to roast Blue Jays analyst Caleb Joseph, who, on Sportsnet's broadcast after Game 7, had claimed that Toronto was the better team that lost.
Kike Hernandez calls Dodgers a dynasty during championship rally
Kike Hernandez made a bold statement during his speech in front of a packed Dodger Stadium crowd on Monday. The utility man claimed that there was no denying that the Dodgers were a dynasty in the sport.
"My teammates have been pretty humble, but I think it's time to talk that s--t," Hernández said. "Everybody has been asking questions about a dynasty. How about three in six years? How about back-to-back? Yes, we're a motherf'ing dynasty baby." "And I wanna take this time to apologize to absolutely f--king nobody," he added. "The triple champ does what they f--king want."The Dodgers are the first team to win back-to-back World Series since the New York Yankees in 2000. That Bombers team completed a three-peat, a goal that the Dodgers will have for next season.
