Khang, Duncan and Zhang named as Stanford's Solheim Cup captains' picks

Megan Khang, Rose Zhang and Lindy Duncan have been named as Angela Stanford's three captains' picks for next month's Solheim Cup, as Team USA's full squad was officially confirmed on Monday.

Following this weekend's CPKC Women's Open, Andrea Lee and Alison Lee also both earned qualifying spots for Team USA via the Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings.

They will join Nelly Korda, Angel Yin, Jennifer Kupcho, Yealimi Noh, Auston Kim, Lauren Coughlin and Allisen Corpuz, who all qualified for the tournament via the LPGA points list.

Stanford's side is out to defend their title at Bernardus Golf in The Netherlands, after they defeated Team Europe 15.5-12.5 in the 2024 edition of the tournament, and the tournament will be shown live on Sky Sports Golf from September 11-13.
