On Thursday's episode of "ESPN Cleveland," insider Tony Rizzo shared his unfiltered take on the situation involving the Browns coach.

"Am I right? I don't know what they're thinking. ... They had a baseball analytics guy running their football department for 10 years. I don't know what they're thinking."NFL insider Josina Anderson was the first to report on the Browns' alleged interest in hiring Bill Belichick. He is currently coaching at the collegiate level and finished his debut campaign by leading UNC to a 4-8 (2-6 ACC) record.
Anderson also highlighted how the Browns are not the only ones monitoring Belichick.
"I'm told there's been recent interest expressed, at the very least, in speaking with Bill Belichick on a exploratory basis from two teams, per league source. My understanding is Belichick has upper-level personnel still fond of him in Atlanta, New York, Cleveland, whilst all struggling teams going through customary evaluations this time of the year. "Additionally, I'm told up to 7 more teams are monitoring potential change at head coach (Giants and Titans are open) , & up to 3-4 more teams are considering change at general manager, at this time. The Miami Dolphins already have a GM vacancy."Kevin Stefanski joined the Browns back in 2020. So far in six seasons, he has put up a 43-55 overall record while leading the team to two playoff appearances.
Kevin Stefanski breaks silence on his future with the Browns
The Browns have undergone three quarterback changes this season. However, it has not helped them improve their record.
During a Zoom media conference on Monday, Kevin Stefanski shared his honest thoughts on his future with the team amid his hot seat status.
"My focus, our football team's focus, is solely on the Buffalo Bills," Stefanski said. "Yeah, I'm not going to get in those type of things. Not my focus."The Browns will face the Bills on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
