K9 Esports officially announced the departure of Beast and Arclyn from the BGMI squad. The team had a phenomenal run in four major events this year. However, it recently had mediocre performances in the Battlegrounds Mobile India International Cup (BMIC) 2025 as it finished eighth there. The team also failed to qualify for the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025.

In November 2024, K9 Esports signed Omega, Slug, Beast, NinjaBoi, and Arclyn for its BGMI lineup. These players delivered astonishing performances in 2025. The club has now decided to make changes in its roster ahead of the 2026 season; Omega, Slug, and NinjaBoi remain in the squad. Krafton has already announced the roadmap for next year.

BGMI pros Beast and Arclyn leave K9 Esports

On November 9, 2025, K9 Esports parted ways with Harshit “Beast” Yadav and Akshit “Arclyn” Kumar. The club posted a 40-second video bidding farewell to both players. They played around one year for the firm.

Beast debuted BGMI Esports 2022 and found early success in the scene. He played for popular club 8Bit, and then later joined Global Esports, where he met Slug, Arclyn, and NinjaBoi. These players have played together for more approximately two years. Arclyn was the fifth player in the squad.

Under the banner of Global Esports, he won the Skyesports Mobile Open 2024. He and his teammates played impressively in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 and emerged as the runner-up in this major official event.

K9 Esports signed the former Global Esports’ roster in November 2024. Popular athlete Omega joined the club as an IGL. The squad grabbed the runner-up spot in the ESL Snapdragon Pro Series Season 6, where Beast was the second best individual performer.

K9 Esports had a poor run in the BGIS 2025. The Omega-led squad was 10th in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2025 due to average performances.

K9 Esports bounced back in the IQOO Battlegrounds Series and earned the third position. The Omega-led squad displayed outstanding performances in the BGMS 2025 and lifted the BGMI trophy, its first major title. Beast, NinajBoi, and Slug were some of the top individual performers in the event.

The roster maintained its consistency and secured second place in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Showdown (BMSD) 2025. The event featured only one spot for the PMGC 2025. The team failed to maintain its consistency in the BGMI International Cup (BMIC) 2025, which featured two spots for the PMGC, and ended up in 10th position in the International Cup.
