It never ends.
Justin Baldoni cracked a joke about “miss[ing] the sexual harassment” training while preparing to film an “It Ends With Us” scene with Blake Lively, according to a video obtained by TMZ.
In the footage, which was entered as an exhibit in the actor’s contentious legal battle with Lively, the 41-year-old could be seen seemingly telling his co-star, “I think it’s pretty hot. Sexy.”
He then appeared to tell Lively, whose back was to the camera, that she had something in her teeth.
“Can we get a toothpick, please?” Baldoni asked before saying something unintelligible regarding Jenny Slate.
He then turned to Slate, 43, and quipped, “Sorry, I missed the sexual harassment training.”
The video ended with Baldoni looking right at the camera and giving an exaggerated eye roll.

The “Jane the Virgin” alum’s attorney reportedly claimed in a filed motion that Baldoni was apologizing “if his remark was inappropriate.”
The lawyer alleged that Lively, 38, replied that the comment was “all good” — although this cannot be made out in the video.
Baldoni’s legal team claimed that the “sexy” remark “was entirely unremarkable” as Lively was not “scantily clad” and was instead wearing a fleece onesie.
Reps for Lively and Baldoni did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The “Gossip Girl” alum sued Baldoni in December 2024 for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages.
The lawsuit came after months of feud speculation as the duo promoted their film, in which they played love interests, separately.
Baldoni, who has denied Lively’s claims, countersued her for civil extortion and defamation in January.
However, his suit was tossed by a judge in June — and was officially closed earlier this month when Baldoni declined to file an amended complaint.
At the time, the director’s legal team told Page Six this gives him the option to later appeal — and stressed their focus on Lively’s case.
Baldoni recently requested a judge dismiss that one as well, claiming “no reasonable jury” would find him guilty of Lively’s alleged $161 million in lost profits.
As the duo gear up for the trial, which will take place in March, more exhibits have circulated online, including Baldoni’s texts with “Office” star Rainn Wilson about a “traumatic” confrontation with Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds.
In another text exchange included as evidence, “It Ends With Us” author Colleen Hoover admitted to feeling “disappointed” by Baldoni and “forced to choose” between him and Lively.
