Wuthering Waves Lynae is a sub-DPS from the Spectro element, and she deals quite a bit of damage to enemies upon entering the Kaleidoscopic Parade stage. She can further buff teammates' damage by 24%. Additionally, her Outro Skill amplifies the all-elemental and Resonance Liberation damage of the incoming Resonator.

The following list further summarizes her crucial skill sets:

  • For starters, Lynae has access to three forte bars. The default one is called overflow, and it fills up as you perform Normal Attacks, Heavy Attacks, and Resonance Skill.
  • However, her Intro Skill generates the most amount of Overflow.
  • Lynae can activate an Enhanced Heavy Attack upon filling up the default forte gauge. She enters the Kaleidoscopic Parade stage after casting the ability.
  • During the Kaleidoscopic Parade stage, Overflow gets converted into Lumiflow, and she gets access to the enhanced versions of her abilities.
  • The latter depletes quickly if you stop moving or pause your attacks.
  • She gains access to free skating and speed skating.
  • • The Kaleidoscopic Parade stage also grants access to Polychrome Leap, a special jump attack.
  • Using Polychrome Leap generates up to three bars of True Color, indicated above the Lumi Flow forte gauge.
  • Once she has three True Color stacks, use Normal Attack to consume the gauge and perform Visual Impact, which deals massive Spectro DMG to targets.

Here are some general tips to optimally play Lynae in WuWa:

  • You would want to start the battle with the main DPS and build their concerto energy to switch to a support unit, preferably Shorekeeper.
  • Once Shorekeeper has her Outro Skill, switch to Lynae. She will enter combat with her Intro Skill, which will fill up most of her default Forte bar.
  • Use Normal Attacks to gain maximum Overflow and cast the enhanced Heavy Attack to enter Kaleidoscopic Parade.
  • Hold down the Normal Attack button to deal some damage to targets. Make sure to also cast her Resonance Liberation to buff the entire team.
  • Perform Visual Impact to deal more damage before switching to the main DPS.
  • Triggering Outro Skill while swapping is necessary to transfer the damage amplification and Resonance Liberation DMG buff to the next character in the rotation.
