While many NFL stars believe Bill Belichick was snubbed from the NFL Hall of Fame, Jordon Hudson is making sure the six-time Super Bowl-winning head coach is celebrated that weekend.
"Jordon is planning to throw Bill a huge bash on the same day as the Pro Football Hall of Fame ceremony," the insider tells People. "Tom Brady, Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcels and others who were planning on attending Bill’s HOF induction ceremony in Canton are invited."
Hudson and Belichick have been dating since 2023.
As for other attendees, the source says that "many of the outspoken supporters from the wake of Belichick’s HOF snub."
Brady, who won six of his seven Super Bowls with Belichick during his time with the New England Patriots, spoke out after final nominations were in.
"I don't understand it. I mean, I was with him every day," Brady told ESPN. "If he's not a first-ballot Hall of Famer, there's really no coach that should ever be a first-ballot Hall of Famer, which is completely ridiculous because people deserve it."
The former Patriots quarterback added, "There's no coach I'd rather play for. If I'm picking one coach to go out there to win a Super Bowl — give me one season — I'm taking Bill Belichick. So that's enough said."
The ceremony will be sometime this summer, and some attendees, "were already planning to travel to support Bill."
"The purpose of the bash is to celebrate alongside all of his people," the insider continued.
2026 was Belchick's first year of eligibility, and he reportedly fell one vote short of the 40 out of 50 required votes from the selection committee. Despite the outrage of the sports world, he has not made a statement but a source alleges that Belichick was “puzzled” and “disappointed” after finding out he wasn't a finalist.
“Six Super Bowls isn’t enough?” he allegedly asked an associate. The six-time Super Bowl-winning head coach also allegedly asked, "What does a guy have to do?”
Belichick won six Super Bowls as the head coach of the Patriots and two more as a defensive coordinator of the New York Giants.
The 2026 class will be unveiled at the the NFL Honors on Feb. 5 in San Francisco.
