Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is enjoying the offseason, as he gears up for what fans hope will be a year that sees the AFC North franchise make a return to the playoffs.
Having been forced to watch the postseason from the couch for the past three seasons, the Bengals enter 2026 hoping to finally make it back.
Burrow and the offense will once again be tasked with the heavy lifting, but the defense is also expected to improve, and the roster overall looks in better shape than in previous years.
And for Joe, well, it might be the offseason hope, or he's looking through rose colored glasses, but he likes what he sees.
"I think this is the most talented roster that we've had since I've been here," Burrow said via NFL.com.

Burrow ready to roll in 2026
A healthy Burrow and an improved defense should mean the Bengals are playoff-bound, and some even think as AFC North champs.
Of course, we know how things can change in the NFL, and Cincinnati fans will be hoping Burrow escapes the injury bug in 2026, as he is key to everything.
But right now, it's all sunshine and rainbows for the Bengals as everything seems to be clicking, and yes, it's the offseason, but fans need something to cling to.
And Joe stating this is the best roster he's ever had, even better than the one that made the Super Bowl a few years ago, is some statement.
