A WWE Hall of Famer has pointed out that Jey Uso may have a difficult road in front of him in his future in the company. The star has explained why as well.

Booker T has spoken about Jey Uso and what his future holds in WWE on his Hall of Fame podcast.

Uso may not be able to get back to the World Championship picture unless he puts in a lot of hard work. Booker T said that he needed to talk up about being in shape. He said that he can't rest on his laurels and that the World Heavyweight Championship was not going to be just something that he was

"Jey Uso, I think he's solidified in that position, but he's gonna have to work his a** off to get back to the World Championship. That's what I'm talking about as far as being in shape; he can't rest on his laurels. He can't think that one World Heavyweight Championship is just gonna be guaranteed for him to go back to that spot ever again, that's not the way it works."

He went on to say that he felt Uso would need to put in some more work. He added that Uso knew he loved him and that he would not be saying any of this if that was not true.

"That's why I say he's gonna have to put in some work, and that's just my humble personal opinion, and he knows I love him more than anything, and he knows I wouldn't be saying that if it wasn't true."

Jey Uso lost his chance to win the World Championship recently

Uso had the opportunity to become the World Heavyweight Champion when he faced CM Punk for the title at Saturday Night's Main Event. The championship had been vacated thanks to Seth Rollins' injury.

Unfortunately for him, he lost, and CM Punk won and became the new World Champion.

There's no saying what is next for Jey, but as Booker T said, he will need to keep working.
