The Jets and the Bills will face off in an exciting Week 2 matchup of the 2025 NFL season on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The AFC East divisional rivals meet after both teams came off nail-biters in Week 1.
Buffalo pulled off a 41-40 comeback despite facing a 99.1 per cent win probability against them late in the fourth quarter while trailing by 15 points. They erased the deficit before 41-year-old kicker Matt Prater, who signed just before Week 1, drilled the game-winning field goal.
Josh Allen also threw for 251 yards in the fourth quarter alone, the most by a quarterback in a single quarter in NFL history. This was his 11th game-winning drive since 2022, only behind Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes and Raiders' Geno Smith.
Meanwhile, the Jets were served a stinging loss as former franchise star Aaron Rodgers returned to East Rutherford and led the Steelers to a 34-32 comeback win.
Despite the setback, Justin Fields impressed in his Jets debut and showed off his dynamic running ability, going 16 of 22 passing for 218 yards and a touchdown while adding two rushing scores. New York's offense played well, but the defense couldn't contain Rodgers in the final quarter.
