The Baltimore Ravens have begun OTAs as the Jesse Minter era begins for the AFC North franchise, and up until now, we weren't sure how bought in everyone was.
With John Harbaugh moving on and Minter taking over, times are changing for the Ravens, and we haven't seen Lamar Jackson at all this offseason.
Given that it is a new era with a new coaching staff and scheme, it made sense for Lamar, even though workouts are voluntary, to attend as a sign of faith in the new regime.
In what is perhaps the biggest sign that Lamar has bought into what Minter is trying to accomplish, Jackson was seen at practice as OTAs began on Monday.

Lamar facing pressurized 2026 season
You could argue that this isn't any different from previous seasons, but it is.
Lamar didn't play well last season, and the Ravens missed the playoffs. For a two-time MVP, that isn't acceptable, and now with a new head coach and scheme changes, if we put that all together, it makes for a huge 2026 season for Lamar.
Not only does he have to play well in a new system, but he also has to play well enough that the playoffs are the minimal achievement.
And being present at OTAs is a good way to start the Minter era off for No. 8.
