Jena Sims recently gave her followers a glimpse into her everyday life as a mom in her Instagram stories. The model and entrepreneur shared a sweet moment with her son, Crew, followed by a clever “mom hack” that many parents could relate to.
In one of the clips, posted on Sunday, October 10, Sims filmed her toddler riding a small scooter around their home. She captioned the video
“Mornings with a toddler boy 🙂,” showing how her day begins with her energetic son.In another story Sims shared a quick tip for other moms.

He was born six weeks prematurely and spent some time in the NICU following an emergency C-section. Crew was later diagnosed with flat head syndrome and torticollis for which he wore a corrective helmet. He completed his treatment earlier in 2025.
Jena Sims opens up about pregnancy loss
Earlier in October Jena Sims revealed that she and Brooks Koepka went through the heartbreak of losing a pregnancy. The 36-year-old shared the news on Instagram with a post that included a sonogram, a photo of her belly and what looked like a gender reveal cake.
Sims explained that the couple found out at 16 weeks that their baby’s heart had stopped beating, calling it a grief that no parent is ever prepared to face. Even amid the pain, she said she and Koepka remain hopeful about expanding their family and giving Crew a sibling one day.
The model shared the message to remind others that pregnancy loss and infertility are more common than people realize.
“Too often, these struggles happen in silence. There is still so much work and research needed to better understand and support women’s reproductive health. If you’re experiencing or have experienced pregnancy loss or infertility, please know you are not alone,” she wrote.She also thanked the doctors and nurses who have to deliver such painful news, acknowledging the emotional toll their work can take. Despite the loss, Sims said her greatest source of strength comes from her son, Crew, who will turn three in July 2026.
