Jaxson Dart’s accountability felt genuine — and bodes well for his Giants future

Accountability in sports can come in a variety of ways. 

It can come in the form of false bravado — bold words that end up as nothing more than empty promises. 

It, too, can come with results that back up the words. 

The words that came from Jaxson Dart in a small makeshift interview room in the bowels of the Superdome about 30 minutes after he and the Giants threw away a winnable game Sunday against a vulnerable Saints team sounded neither cliché nor empty.
