Juju Smith-Schuster has already surpassed his numbers from last season in just eight games this year. The wide receiver has racked up 289 yards and helped the Chiefs bounce back from a 0-2 start.

Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce shared his thoughts about Smith-Schuster on Wednesday.

"Juju does so many little things that just do not get any credit," Kelce said, via the "New Heights" podcast. "He's a very good possession receiver. He blocks his a*s off. And on top of that, he gets in other people like, he's an instigator, and it's good to have one of those guys out there. He's an agitator. He's gonna get like, sh*t riled up and get people out of playing."

Smith-Schuster started the season with five receptions for 55 yards, but followed it up with a disappointing performanace, recording only one reception for five yards. He bounced back with four receptions for 55 yards in the Chiefs' first win of the season against the New York Giants in Week 3.

Smith-Schuster managed only two receptions for 17 yards in the Chiefs' third loss of the season. However, he played well again and grabbed three passes for 57 yards against the Detroit Lions in a 30-17 win.

As the Chiefs got their trio of Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy and Hollywood Brown back against the Raiders, Smith-Schuster's role has been reduced. He has only produced five receptions for 64 yards in the last two games. He caught 100% of the passes thrown at him in five of his team's eight games.

Juju Smith-Schuster on Rashee Rice, Hollywood Brown and Xavier Worthy suiting up together

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster shared his excitement about the potential of Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy and Hollywood Brown lining up together. With Patrick Mahomes leading the offense, he talked about how dangerous the trio could be.

“I’m so excited, man! I’m so excited," Smith-Schuster told repoters on Oct. 12. "To see those three guys on the offense will be very dangerous and very scary for a lot of defenses.”

The Chiefs have won both their games since Rice returned. They are 5-3 this season and will be on the road to face the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
