Tony Gonzalez isn't a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs' move from Missouri to Kansas. The legendary tight end spoke to DraftKings about the move.

"I don’t like that at all. I see what happens with the 49ers, how they moved out of Candlestick and out of San Francisco, and it’s stupid. I don’t even know why you call them San Francisco 49ers anymore." "All the vibe was great downtown. If they do anything to move that stadium, they should just put it more towards downtown, is what I would say. Put it in the heat. I want some action. I don’t want to be in the middle of nowhere,” said Gonzalez.

Kansas City Chiefs announce $3,000,000,000 plans

The Kansas City Chiefs are moving from Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri to a new $3 billion domed stadium in Kansas. It marks the end of one of the most storied tenures in professional football history.

According to Yahoo Sports, the Chiefs, in tandem with Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, announced that the team will move to a domed stadium in Kansas City, Kansas. It comes after a Kansas Legislative Coordinating Council meeting.

The report adds that the Chiefs' lease at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, goes through the 2030 season. The four-time Super Bowl champions have played at Arrowhead since 1972. It's the oldest stadium in the AFC.

Chiefs’ fans and legends have their reservations about the move, but it's now a formality. More plans will be announced in the foreseeable future.

In the meantime, the Chiefs will face off against the Denver Broncos in Week 17. Andy Reid's team is playing for pride as they've already been eliminated from playoff contention.
