Is Taylor Swift at the NBA Finals?
Check back for updates leading up to Game 4.
Swift is planning to attend Game 4 at Madison Square Garden, according to Page Six.
While it's unclear whether Swift will be courtside or in a suite, she is expected to be watching the game "with friends," the outlet reported.
While no reports have definitively ruled out Travis Kelce from being part of Swift's contingent, the Chiefs' mandatory minicamp makes an appearance unlikely. Kelce is also a Cavaliers fan, so he doesn't have a dog in the fight in these NBA Finals.
Reports have indicated Swift and Kelce might be planning to hold their wedding at Madison Square Garden in July, so Swift could use the opportunity to scout out the venue some more.
Why is Taylor Swift at the NBA Finals?
Swift has a residence in New York and is reportedly a Knicks fan. With the NBA Finals the hottest ticket in sports right now and the series not necessarily guaranteed to return for another game at Madison Square Garden, Swift is taking advantage of the opportunity to be at what has become a massive gathering of celebrities.

Swift is expected to attend Game 4 "with friends," according to Page Six, but the identity of those friends wasn't immediately clear. Kelce, who is at Chiefs minicamp, doesn't appear likely to attend.
Is Taylor Swift a Knicks fan?
Swift is a "huge fan" of the Knicks, according to Page Six, "and really wants to be there to support them."
While Swift didn't grow up in New York and is a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles over in the NFL, that Philadelphia fandom evidently didn't cross over to basketball — nor did her fiance's NBA fandom, as Kelce is a Cavaliers fan.
Kelce said after he and Swift attended the Eastern Conference Finals that he wasn't trying to make her a Cleveland sports fan. With Swift's roots now planted in New York, she appears to be swept up in the Knicks craze that has the entire city buzzing.

Where is Taylor Swift from?
Swift is originally from the Philadelphia area, as she was born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, about 60 miles northwest of the city. Swift and her family relocated to Tennessee when she was about 14, and her music career skyrocketed while she was in the Nashville area.
Today, Swift has a residence in New York and spends a significant amount of her rare downtime in the city. She may be a lifelong Eagles fan, but the Knicks seem to have her heart in the NBA.
