Sting is set to headline the NFL's Super Bowl concert series in February next year, just in time to hype the fans ahead of the games. The NFL's hospitality provider, On Location, announced the news on Tuesday, October 28. While the details about the concert are still scarce, the Grammy winner shared more about it on his official website.
The concert will be on day one of the Super Bowl concert series on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. The announcement also teased that it's going to be an "intimate" performance.
"The intimate setting serves as an opportunity to see Sting up close and personal."They further teased that it's going to be "a weekend of unforgettable music," with the musician set to perform some of the most celebrated hits from his catalog. Also joining him onstage will be his touring band, including Dominic Miller on guitar and Chris Maas on the drums.
Besides the Grammy winner's performance, the event will also feature more perks, including a variety of packages and a chance to meet and greet various NFL legends and current players. So far, there are two confirmed acts for the Super Bowl concert series next week.
Sting's headlining show comes a week after the NFL announced that they have booked Chris Stapleton for the pre-game show on February 7. The country singer will reportedly feature Sierra Ferrell as his special guest at the concert. Meanwhile, Bad Bunny has been slated to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Sting is currently on tour, with more European dates added

They kicked off the world tour in North America before going overseas, and they have been touring since, with new dates added recently because of demand.
They will play their final show in Europe and the UK in London's Hammersmith Apollo on Tuesday, October 28, before heading back to the US. Starting on November 7, the trio will perform a back-to-back show at Hollywood's Hard Rock before moving on to various cities.
However, another concert run in the US is not the end for the trio's world tour, as they have new scheduled shows in mid-2026, with more shows recently added to their calendar. On October 13, they added two more concerts for their June 2026 tour in Europe, which will bring the trio to Prague and Vilnius. Two days later, they added another date for his concert in France in July 2026.
In parallel to the STING 3.0 tour, the legendary musician will also be in Amsterdam, Paris, Brisbane, and Queensland for his committed musical, The Last Ship, from January to April 2026. The show was conceived as a tribute to his hometown, the shipyards of Newcastle. Per his website:
