It has been a disappointing season for second-year Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey.
After posting over 1,100 yards as a rookie in 2024, McConkey didn't even crack 800 yards in 2025, which was surprising, to say the least.
McConkey is having a disappointing start in the wild-card game against the New England Patriots on Sunday night.
Here's why.
Is Ladd McConkey playing tonight?
Yes, McConkey is active and healthy, he just hasn't been targeted yet.
The Chargers' first two drives didn't last very long, so McConkey hasn't had much of a chance to get going. Quarterback Justin Herbert has only completed three passes, also, none of which were thrown to McConkey.
Hopefully McConkey gets going soon.
