The Pittsburgh Steelers added Jaylen Warren to the injury report on Monday ahead of a primetime clash with the Miami Dolphins to close out Week 15.
It was brutal timing for the move, given it's the final day of the week for fantasy football players and that the Steelers really need a win on Monday night.
It left the rest of Monday as a test for how Warren might be doing. Is he OK?
Two things throughout the day provided good signs.

Is Jaylen Warren playing today?
There are two signs that signal Warren will play Monday night.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero posted this on X:
"Jaylen Warren woke up sick and is getting fluids, but I'm told he's optimistic about playing tonight."

And when the Steelers made their practice squad elevations, they didn't elevate a RB, even though two were available to be called up.
That suggests that Pittsburgh expects to have its normal core backfield available.
Warren's workload is more uncertain, and maybe Kenneth Gainwell gets more touches.
But it sounds like when the inactive report comes out at 6:45 p.m. ET, Warren shouldn't be on it.
