Is Jack Campbell related to Dan Campbell?
No, Jack Campbell is not related to Dan Campbell.
The Lions drafted Campbell No. 18 overall in 2023, and on the phone call, Dan had a joke.
The head coach told the linebacker: "Hey man, I love your last name."
But they aren't related.
Jack Campbell certainly fills the same role of being gritty and a leader that his coach does.
The linebacker Campbell is from Cedar Falls, Iowa and played at the University of Iowa.
Dan Campbell is from Clifton, Texas, and played 11 seasons in the NFL, including from 2006-2008 with the Lions.
Now, they're connected in playing for the same cause in Detroit, with the same last name.
