Let's take a look at This Love, Forever’s unique effect at Superimposition level one:

“Increases the wearer's SPD by 18%. When the wearer's memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an ally, gains ‘Blank,’ which increases DMG taken by all enemies by 10%. When the wearer's memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an enemy, gains ‘Verse,’ which increases CRIT DMG of all allies by 16%. When the wearer's memosprite has both ‘Blank’ and ‘Verse,’ increases the effects of ‘Blank’ and ‘Verse’ by 60%.”

Cyrene’s signature Light Cone can passively enhance her SPD. It can also boost every ally’s CRIT DMG whenever she uses a memosprite Skill on one of her teammates. Additionally, if Cyrene uses her offensive memosprite Skill, all enemies take extra damage. Considering these factors, this Remembrance character can grant extra buffs and enhance her allies’ damage simultaneously.

Since Cyrene can easily use her offensive and defensive memosprite Skill on the battlefield, you can naturally utilize This Love, Forever’s unique effect. Besides this Remembrance character, the RMC (Remembrance Trailblazer) can utilize it effectively. Hence, we recommend getting this Light Cone only if you are pulling Cyrene in Honkai Star Rail 3.7.
