As of Wednesday, Sean Marks will have been in charge of the Nets for a decade.

That’s seen enough ups and downs for a generation.

Or a century.

That first half of Marks’ tenure seemed a steady climb. The latter half not so much, descending back to a planned bottoming out this year as he guides another rebuild.
