“This fight will provide me with a learning experience unlike any before. I believe I will return a totally different fighter. I will work, work hard, analyze the mistakes I made in this fight, and I will be an even tougher fighter coming into the rematch. I will be 100 percent prepared for this revenge. I’m going to bring this belt back to Brazil.”

Needless to say, Andrade is determined to make his way back to the ONE bantamweight MMA world title and a rematch against Baatarkhuu.

Fabricio Andrade says he should have been more patient in hindsight: “I ended up paying the price”

‘Wonder Boy’ Fabricio Andrade says that after he had hurt ‘The Tormentor’ Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu in their main event showdown at ONE Fight Night 38: Andrade vs. Baatarkhuu on Prime Video, his killer instinct took over.

That turned out to be a big mistake. Andrade said on Instagram:

“Even after he was knocked down, I should have been more patient because he was a really tough guy, but I was impatient. Then, I ended up paying the price when it came to the end. By the third or fourth round, I was already quite tired.”
