Huge WWE pitch made for MJF by former champion

MJF is one of the top stars in All Elite Wrestling today. Over the past few years, he has shone as a top heel in the business, often making a lot of buzz with his antics. While he is expected to be with AEW for the coming years down the line, a former champion recently made an interesting pitch for him in WWE.

Former WWF Hardcore Champion, Maven, recently gave his thoughts on MJF in WWE. The former AEW World Champion has been absent from AEW as of late following his heartbreaking loss against Mark Briscoe at All Out in September. He has been busy filming his Hollywood projects as of now, but fans have been anticipating his return. Recently, Maven mentioned Maxwell Jacob Friedman's name when he revealed his favorite active star in pro-wrestling.

Speaking on the Inside The Ring podcast, the former WWE star stated that MJF can be an incredible addition to WWE. He acknowledged the AEW star's work as legendary and shared his belief that The Salt of the Earth can be an exceptional heel in WWE, if he ever makes the switch down the line.

Major update on MJF amid his AEW absence

Fans have been missing Maxwell Jacob Friedman on their screens for a long time. AEW's product needs its top heel as of now to generate buzz among the fanbase. Amid the absence of the former AEW World Champion, a major report has emerged that finally addresses his current status.

As per Fightful Select, the 29-year-old star is set to wrap his filming for Violent Night 2 soon. He is nearing completion of his project, which makes it likely that he could return to the All Elite Wrestling in the coming months.

Friedman has some unfinished business with AEW World Champion Hangman Page. It will be interesting to see how things will unfold for him in the company upon his much-awaited comeback.
