How to Watch Grammys 2026 and Live From E! Red Carpet
Prepare for many mic-drop moments at the 2026 Grammys.
The Feb. 1 ceremony, to be hosted for the sixth and final time by Trevor Noah at Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena, will feature several must-see performances, including one from Sabrina Carpenter.
In addition to gracing the Grammys stage, Sabrina is also nominated for six awards: Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Music Video and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Manchild," as well as Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Man's Best Friend.
It's a feat even Sabrina is still trying to comprehend. "6 nominations :’) i am so floored and grateful," she wrote on Instagram Nov. 7, "thank you @recordingacademy."
Like Sabrina, this year's Best New Artist nominees—Addison Rae, Alex Warren, KATSEYE, Leon Thomas, Lola Young, Olivia Dean, SOMBR and The Marías—are also set to perform during a special Grammys segment.
But before anyone takes the stage at the ceremony, E! will be talking to all of the star-studded attendees during LIVE from E!: Grammys 2026.

Who is nominated at the Grammys 2026?
Kendrick Lamar received nine nominations, the most of any artist, for the 2026 Grammys. He's followed closely behind by Lady Gaga, who has seven nominations, while Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter and Leon Thomas all received six nods.

When does E!'s Grammys 2026 red carpet coverage begin?
Live From E!: Countdown to the Grammys, hosted by Erin Lim Rhodes, Zanna Roberts Rassi and comedian Devon Walker, will kick off the day on the E! network from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET (1 p.m. to 3 p.m. PT), featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes fashion insights straight from the stylists working with the stars. Music industry expert Carter Gregory and fashion expert Nicky Campbell will also join E!' s hosts to break down the night’s top nominees.
Zuri Hall and Keltie Knight will then host Live From E!: Grammys from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET (3 p.m. to 5 p.m. PT), featuring exclusive interviews with celeb attendees. Zanna and Nicky will return and join E!'s Justin Sylvester to give the inside scoop on all the red carpet looks and share behind-the-scenes stories during the arrivals.
Following the ceremony, the celebration continues with E! After Party: Grammys featuring Naz Perez, Justin Sylvester and Devon Walker. They'll be joined by special guest Carter Gregory with a live breakdown of the night’s buzziest stories.
Meanwhile, fans online can watch the RE!CAP with Will Marfuggi, Robyn DelMonte and Monét X Change immediately following the Grammy Awards as they RE!CAP the biggest show moments of the night LIVE on E! The 20-year-old went on to reflect on how the last year changed his life.
"Ever since I was a small kid, I have lived and breathed music. It has changed my life in so many ways," he continued. "This time last year, I was 19, depressed and not knowing where to turn. I wrote all of these songs on my own in my bedroom. Looking back, I am so thankful to everyone who encouraged me to keep going."
To top off his gratitude, the "Back to Friends" singer expressed love for his fanbase.
"You’re the reason I get up in the morning and keep doing this even when I’m at my lowest," he shared. "Seeing how the music impacts you means everything to me. I love you so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

The K-Pop Demon Hunters singers couldn't contain their joy upon "Golden" receiving a nomination for Song of the Year.
"I’m not able to digest this time," Ejae told Variety in a statement. "I’m still in shock."
