How to watch Eileen Gu in the Winter Olympics women’s slopestyle final for free

1 hour ago 3

The finals of the women’s slopestyle competition at the 2026 Olympics is this morning, Feb. 9, and despite an early fall in the qualifying rounds, medal favorite Eileen Gu will take part in them.

Slopestyle is a freestyle skiing discipline done on a course with six sections, including rails and jumps. Skiiers are judged based on their overall performance, in addition to separate scoring for tricks and execution of them. In the final, the 12 skiiers who qualified will complete three runs; their highest score out of 100 will be the one that counts toward the final standings.

The 2022 gold medalist, Swiss skiier Mathilde Gremaud qualified for today’s final alongside silver medalist Eileen Gu, an American who represents China through her heritage. Estonian skiier Kelly Sildaru, who won bronze in 2022, did not qualify.
