As a part of the event, a Santa NPC has appeared in the new Frostspire Expanse island. You can purchase totems, rerolls, potions, blueprints, and event-themed pickaxes from his shop, provided that you have sufficient XMas Tickets.
XMas Tickets are a special currency solely used for spending in the Christmas Store. Here's how you can acquire them in the game.
How to obtain XMas Tickets in The Forge

Interact with Santa by pressing the E button and then choose the "Can I see the quests" option. Next, select either a forging, mining, or killing quest. The NPC will request you to forge a particular weapon, mine specific ores, and kill a certain enemy or enemies, so be prepared for the challenge.
Players can take and complete multiple quests at the same time. Any obtained task is featured on the left side of the screen.

Make sure to equip multiple quests in an instant because you'll naturally complete them while exploring the cave in Frostspire Expanse.

Prioritize obtaining the Hell Slayer blueprint, the Candy Cane blueprint, and the Christmas Pickaxe from the shop. The latter has a mining damage that rivals the Void Pickaxe, which is the current best tool in the game. Meanwhile, the Hell Slayer and Candy Cane are powerful weapons that help players slay the icy enemies in Frostspire Expanse.
