Spritzee can be found on top of the market stall in Bleu Sector 5. This area is located in the southwest part of Lumiose City. Besides here, you can find this bird-like Pokemon sitting on top of a stall located near the southeast part of Rouge Sector 6.

How to get Aromatisse in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Aromatisse in Pokemon Legends Z-A can be obtained by evolving your Spritzee. You will however need a Satchet to perform this evolution in Pokemon Legends Z-A. You will need to complete Side Mission 10 - Skiddo's Fragrant Leaves to obtain this item.

Once you obtain the Satchet, make sure to equip it on your Spritzee as a held item and then perform a trade with your friend. This will evolve the Pokemon into an Aromatisse. Your friend will then need to send it back and you will get it. Keep in mind that Aromatisse cannot be caught in the wild.
