Lelouch can be obtained as the reward for the Power of Kings mission, which has you interact with the Mysterious Witch NPC. You can find this NPC in the lobby, but she can only be interacted with once you reach level 30. She can be found near the AFK World area in the hub world.

Leveling up quickly is a matter of completing challenging stages, be it in the Story mode, the Virtual Realm, or the Challenges. Equip your best characters and venture into the most challenging stage that you can clear with relative ease. The idea is to maintain a constant flow of XP to raise your level quickly. It might be best to stick to the Nightmare difficulty for this, but you may switch to Hard if it proves to be too challenging or time-consuming.

Once you reach level 30, speak to the Mysterious Witch to get started.

Upon completing the prerequisites, the Mysterious Witch will direct you toward a distressed subject in the lobby. The distressed subject can also be found in the lobby, whom you must approach and interact with to progress the quest. This NPC is surrounded by a bright red aura, making them stand out in the hub area. The distressed NPC is randomized for every player; different NPCs will be affected by the red aura for different players.

Interact with the NPC to receive their request, after which you can head over to the Story mode and access the relevant stage. Once you are on the map, look for a chessboard and finish the chess match. Like the NPC, the chess match adapts to your moves, so some knowledge of chess goes a long way in completing the match.

Once you clear the match, return to the Mysterious Witch to continue the quest. She will give you the following endurance trials:

• Clear 80 waves in a single game mode.
• Kill 15 boss enemies.
• Upgrade any Relic 75 times.
• Place any unit 5,000 times in any game mode.

The Easy difficulty Infinite mode stages are the fastest and least effort-intensive ways to finish these tasks. Once every mission has been cleared, open the quest menu and claim Lelouch (Lulu) as a reward from the Power of Kings quest.
