The Flameweaver is a unique piece of armor tied to the Sorcerer class in Diablo 4. This unique item revolves around evolving the Pyromancy skills of the Sorcerer, especially the Firewall and the Fire Bolt, allowing Sorcerers to implement a highly aggressive playstyle.
In this guide, we will break down the stats, unique effects, and how you can get the Flameweaver unique gloves in Diablo 4.
Diablo 4: What is the Flameweaver?
The Flameweaver is an ancestral unique pair of gloves tied to the Sorcerer’s Firewall and Fire Bolt skills in Diablo 4. Builds that are using these two skills will highly benefit from the increased damage output and the splitting bolt mechanic. This makes the Flameweaver extremely valuable when running endgame content like Nightmare dungeons and the Pit of Artificers.

- +(1 - 2) to Pyromancy Skills (up to +3 with mastercrafting)
- +(13.5 - 22.5)% Chance for Fire Bolt Projectiles to Cast Twice (up to +33.8% with mastercrafting)
- +(8.3 - 10.0)% Attack Speed (up to +15.0% with mastercrafting)
- +(25.0 - 45.0)% Firewall Size (up to +67.5% with mastercrafting)
The Flameweaver directly scales the Pyromancy skills of the Sorcerers and drastically increases the size of the Firewall. The attack speed of the sorcerers is also increased up to 15%. The 67.5% chance for Fire Bolts to cast twice gives the Sorcerers a massive damage burst against high-health bosses and elite packs.

Unique effects of the Flameweaver
- Casting Fire Bolt through your Firewall causes it to split into 3 bolts, each dealing (30 - 100)%[x] increased damage.
The unique effect of the Flameweaver creates a powerful synergy between the Fire Bolt and Firewall skills of the Sorcerer by splitting the Firebolts into three separate bolts whenever it is cast through the Firewall. Additionally, the split bolts deal up to 100% increased damage, granting massive burst potential to the Sorcerer’s ranged attacks.

How to get the Flameweaver in Diablo 4
Unique items like the Flameweaver can drop from any random source in Diablo 4, with only a few offering a higher chance of dropping unique items. Here are all the ways you can farm the Flameweaver unique glove in Diablo 4:
Boss farming
As of now only Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint, consistently drops the Flameweaver unique glove. So farming the boss repeatedly grants the best chance of quickly acquiring the unique gloves.
1) Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint

- Difficulty: Torment
- Boss hoard key: 12x Living Steel
- Where to get boss hoard keys: Tortured Gift of Mysteries (costs 250 Aberrant Cinders during Helltide events), Kurast Undercity (requires using the Tribute of Titans), and Astaroth (during the Escalating Nightmares)
Nightmare Dungeons
Unique items can drop from any random enemy and loot chest in Diablo 4, but farming high-density zones drastically increases the drop rate. Nightmare dungeons offer a high density of both regular enemies and elite packs in the game. Furthermore, the completion reward of the Nightmare dungeons has a slightly higher chance of yielding a random unique item.

World events and world bosses
Unique items like the Flameweaver can drop from random world bosses and world events (like the Helltides and gathering Legions). Among them, the Helltide events have the highest drop rate for uniques, due to the large number of loot chests.
During Helltides, you need to farm Aberrant Cinders by slaying enemies and then use them to open loot chests like the:
- Tortured Gift of Protection (costs 75 Aberrant Cinders per chest)
- Tortured Gift of Mystery (costs 250 Aberrant Cinders per chest)
While the Tortured Gift of Mystery has a higher drop rate for unique items, it can be quite costly, whereas the Tortured Gift of Protection is much cheaper but has a much lower drop rate for unique items.

Gamble using Murmuring Obols
Murmuring Obols can be acquired from random activities and can also be acquired while exploring the map of Diablo 4. Once you have collected enough, you can spend 50 Murmuring Obols to gamble for gloves at the Purveyor of Curiosities.
This method is extremely unreliable but still offers a fun way of acquiring some random gear and crafting materials.
