The Echoes of Victory Ridge quest in Arc Raiders campaign mission is assigned by the trader Celeste. After starting the mission, you must find the Victory Ridge point of interest. The map for the Ridge quest is the Dam Battlegrounds. After reaching the map, head to the northernmost part of the west of the Power Generation Complex. Your search will lead you to the West Broken Bridge.

Look for the final section of the road, located near the broken bridge, which is separate from the rest. You can find this part past a pile of scraped vehicles. Move on to the right section of the road, and you'll end up near a small box that you can interact with. The box is lying under a concrete bunker, near debris. Press E on your Keyboard or X on the controller to interact with the box. Doing this will reveal Major Aiva's Patch.

The patch contains battle plans that you can keep in your inventory. Now look for the nearest extraction point. You must be careful, as other players and enemies might be lurking in the area. If you die, you have to start all over. The Dam Battlegrounds map has several lift points, so extraction will not be a problem. Observe the area as other players who are trying to exfill could be lingering near the exration point.

If you manage to successfully extract, then head to the trader hub and look open Celesetes tab to submit Major Aiva’s Patch. After this, a new cutscene will be played, which reveals more secrets related to the in-game lore. You'll also be able to access Tian Wen’s quests.
