Barcelona fans might not need to lace up their boots — or even switch on their TVs — to celebrate tonight.

Yes, that’s right. The Catalan giants could be crowned La Liga champions today without kicking a single ball.

All eyes now turn to Real Madrid, where Real take on Real Mallorca in a must-win game for Carlo Ancelotti's side.

A slip-up by Los Blancos, and Barcelona will be popping the cava without even stepping on the pitch.

Hansi Flick’s men currently sit seven points clear at the top with just three matches left. Their dramatic win over Real Madrid in El Clasico last weekend opened the door for an early title party.

Now, the math is simple: if Madrid fail to beat Mallorca, Barcelona clinch the crown tonight.

What will happen if Real Madrid and Barcelona finish on same points in La Liga?

Madrid have 75 points and can reach 84 if they win all three remaining games. Barcelona already have 82 and need just two more to put it beyond doubt.

But here’s the kicker — Barcelona also hold the head-to-head advantage. So even if the two sides finish level on points, Barca still come out on top.

Carlo Ancelotti, however, isn’t throwing in the towel just yet. “The league isn’t over yet, and we don’t want to hand it to our rivals. We want to finish well,” he said ahead of tonight’s clash.

On the other side, Flick is keeping things cool. “We don’t feel like champions. We are in a good position but you never know what can happen,” he warned.

Still, it's looking like Barca's title to lose. And if Real Mallorca pull off a surprise at the Bernabeu, Flick’s squad could be lifting a third trophy this season — from the comfort of their couches.

Real Madrid have a mountain to climb. Barcelona? They're just waiting at the summit.
