Houston Texans QB C.J. Stroud joins elite exclusive club following playoff win over Chargers

The Houston Texans are advancing to the divisional round of the NFL playoffs for the second straight year after a dominant win 32-12 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The Texans defeated the Browns in the wild card round last season before losing to Baltimore in the divisional round, and now another powerhouse awaits them this season - the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs.

And while there will be time to look forward to that, we must also quickly reflect on a certain accomplishment by C.J. Stroud. He became just the fifth quarterback in NFL history to win playoff games in each of his first two seasons, joining Ben Roethlisberger, Joe Flacco, Mark Sanchez, and Brock Purdy as the only quarterbacks in history to do so. 

Now the Texans will need Stroud to play his best football as they march into the belly of the beast in Arrowhead next Sunday.
