It's officially Rodeo season in Houston with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo kicking off on Monday, March 2, and running until March 22 at NRG Stadium.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo's official 2026 entertainer lineup brings a star-studded mix of country, pop, Latin, and Americana acts to NRG Stadium from March 2–22.
This year’s schedule features major names such as Riley Green, Chris Stapleton, J Balvin, Kelly Clarkson, Luke Bryan, Tim McGraw, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, and Parker McCollum, alongside fan favorites including Dwight Yoakam, Rascal Flatts, Koe Wetzel, and The Red Clay Strays.
Rodeo officials have also locked in Texas-born star Cody Johnson for a rare, full-length, concert-only performance on the final night, Sunday, March 22, with Jon Pardi and Randy Houser set as special guests.
When does the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo start?
The 2026 rodeo will open Monday, March 2, and run through Saturday, March 21, for traditional rodeo competition before Johnson’s standalone closer.

How to buy tickets for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo?
Rodeo tickets are available on both the official Houston Rodeo website via AXS and secondary markets.
The Rodeo has announced that several nights are already sold out, and tickets for those events are now exclusively available for purchase on secondary markets. SeatGeek has tickets for all rodeo events, including parking passes and ground passes for sale here.
