Coby White has become a great addition to the Charlotte Hornets roster. He was a featured player on the Chicago Bulls, but he is now part of a more promising core with the Hornets.
Since he returned to his home state of North Carolina, he looks comfortable with the Hornets. He is an unrestricted free agent when the 2026 offseason comes up, and it appears everyone wants him to return to Charlotte.
Miller loves White's fit with the Charlotte Hornets
White is the type of player who will thrive on any team. He provides an instant offensive boost with his natural scoring and playmaking. At the same time, he is a positive presence in the locker room.
As one of the core members of the Hornets' roster, Brandon Miller's opinion matters. He loves to play alongside White, which is one of the biggest co-signs he could get from any member of the Hornets franchise.

In the long run, White could become one of the top offensive players on the Hornets. It will be challenging to keep him in the long run, but he does fit in well with the Hornets, and everyone wants him to stay.
"I love Coby. That's my brother away from home, great piece for us. He's gonna keep getting better and learning, of course. You know, it's all about his confidence. He plays with that flow and that free mind. That's all I ask for is for him to just play free and confident," Miller said in the post-game interview on Wednesday.
As White continues to succeed with the Hornets, it will be a much better team. Before White, Collin Sexton filled the sixth man role, but it appears that White is ready to keep earning his spot and contribute.
