This hilarious trend says that when a team with a logo of an animal with an eye wins the big game, the Patriots win in the following year (via @JayCuda).

Since 2014, it's worked out in the Patriots' favor three times:

• 2015: Patriots win after Seahawks won in the previous year
• 2017: Patriots win after Broncos won in the previous year
• 2019: Patriots win after Eagles won in the previous year

The Eagles won the Super Bowl last year (2025), so the Patriots have a chance to keep the funny trend going, which would be the fourth time it's happened since 2014.
