The rumors and speculation over Angel Reese proved to be well-founded.
Reese is returning to Unrivaled, where she will rejoin Rose BC after the team created an open roster spot by trading forward Azura Stevens on Monday.
Reese was named Defensive Player of the Year during Unrivaled's inaugural season in 2025, when she helped Rose BC win the 3-on-3 competition's first-ever championship. The two-time WNBA All-Star led Unrivaled in rebounding at 12.2 boards per game, while she was Rose's leader in blocked shots as well.

— Unrivaled Basketball (@Unrivaledwbb) February 11, 2026According to a release, Reese will make her Rose return on Feb. 20 against Hive BC -- the team that just acquired Stevens, ironically enough. And her Unrivaled comeback could not come at a better time.
One year after boasting the league's best scoring defense at 65.2 points per game, Rose BC has allowed the most points at Unrivaled this year at 75.3 per game. Reese's imminent return should provide a huge boost as Rose (5-6) makes a late push for the playoffs amid their inconsistent campaign to date.
