Liverpool star Harvey Elliott has dropped a major hint over leaving Anfield this summer.
The England U21 international has developed into a fans favourite in recent seasons but his role has changed drastically in the crossover between Jurgen Klopp and Arne Slot.
Injuries played a disruptive part in his first few months under Slot at the start of the 2024/25 season, but the former Fulham midfielder has struggled to win over the Dutch coach over, with just two starts in Premier League action.
Both of those appearances came after the EPL title was wrapped up, with Alexis Mac Allister, Ryan Gravenberch and Mohamed Salah unmoved as starters for Slot, in an impressive first campaign for the former Feyenoord boss.
Elliott's best moments came in the UEFA Champions League including a superb winner at eventual champions PSG in the Round of 16.
The 22-year-old was emotional at the final whistle of Liverpool's final game of the season, as the squad hoisted the league trophy in front of a packed Anfield, with immediate rumours sparking over his future.

Why is Harvey Elliott leaving Liverpool?
The contrast between Elliott's importance to Klopp and his back up role for Slot is clear.
Elliott's numbers from 2024/25 totalled at 28 games played in all competitions, including six starts, plus five goals and three assists in 822 minutes of action.
In comparison to Klopp's final season in 2023/24, he made 53 appearances, including 27 starts, with four goals and 11 assists.
No call will be made until he returns from England duty at the U21 European Championships in July, but a departure looks likely.

"It's a situation that me and the team have to have a conversation about because I'm going to be 23 next season," as per BBC Sport.
"I don't want to be wasting years on my career, because it's a short career.
"I need to reflect. I need to see if I'm content doing what I'm doing and how can I improve as a player because that's the most important thing. If that means going somewhere else, then it's a decision I'm going to have to make, I just need to see what happens.
"Nothing makes me want to leave. I love the club, the fans, the team. I support them too. But most importantly, it's about what's best for my career."
Liverpool's ongoing transfer pursuit of Bayer Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz makes Elliott's position even more delicate with the Reds reportedly preparing a final offer for the German international.
